Odexp Innovations Ltd values client satisfaction and maintains a fair and transparent refund process. Please read our refund terms carefully before purchasing any services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice due to a payment processing error.
• Service Not Delivered: If no service has been delivered within the agreed timeline and no work has been initiated.
• Non-Starter Projects: If you cancel your order before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the scope.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Once work has commenced or a milestone has been completed
• For services already rendered (including but not limited to malware removal, SEO audits, website migration)
• Delay caused by incomplete inputs or lack of response from the client
• Change of mind after work has started
• Issues outside our control (e.g., Google AdSense rejection, hosting restrictions)

3. Custom Project Agreements

For custom web development, SEO, or consulting projects:

• Any upfront payment or deposit is non-refundable once the project has started.
• If canceled mid-project, a prorated refund may be considered based on work completed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your:

• Full name and email used during purchase
• Payment transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are credited via the original payment method.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe there was an unauthorized transaction, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly.
