6. Limitation of Responsibility

Odexp Innovations Ltd is not responsible for any data loss or damage caused by:

• Misconfiguration made by previous developers
• Hosting or server limitations
• Failure to follow our post-project security recommendations

7. Data Retention

• We do not retain your login credentials after the project is marked as complete unless required under an ongoing maintenance agreement.
