2. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in full prior to the start of work unless a custom payment plan is agreed upon.
Invoices are issued with clear due dates. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, international bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and other secure digital gateways.
Currency: Primarily USD, but we may accept GBP or BDT on request.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are only considered if we fail to deliver the service as agreed in writing.
Custom work, urgent fixes, and time-based services (e.g., malware removal, blacklist resolution) are non-refundable once started.
Cancellations must be requested in writing and may be subject to a service deduction fee based on work completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely access to required information, files, or login credentials.
Delays in communication may impact deadlines and result in rescheduling.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all data and content shared.

5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

All information shared with us will remain strictly confidential.
We do not sell, share, or misuse client data under any circumstances.
We may use project outcomes (with prior permission) for portfolio or marketing purposes.

6. Service Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery times will be clearly communicated.
We aim to meet deadlines, but project delays may occur due to technical complexity, external factors, or third-party integrations.
Clients will be informed in advance of any major delay.

7. Ownership & Licensing

Once payment is complete, clients will receive full rights to the code, designs, and content created.
Odexp Innovations Ltd retains the right to reuse general frameworks or tools used during the development process.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, including data loss, revenue loss, or third-party issues arising after service completion.
Our liability is limited to the amount the client has paid for a specific service.

9. Support & Revisions

Minor post-delivery revisions are included for most services.
Any major changes or additional features beyond the original agreement will incur extra charges.
Ongoing support is available via our maintenance plans or hourly billing.

10. Updates to These Terms
